In the days before the live session, the participant completes a number of online e-learning modules using the TRUSTMAKERS™ onDemand platform. The online modules consist of a number of videos, readings, downloads and automated exercises. Altogether, the modules would take approximately an hour or less to complete.

Relations avec les medias (hybride)

Dans les jours précédant la session en direct, le participant complète les modules d’apprentissage sur la plate-forme en ligne. Les modules en ligne se composent de vidéos, lectures, téléchargements et exercices automatisés. Au total, les modules prennent normalement une heure ou moins à compléter (voir l’exemple de captures d’écran sur la page suivante).
